I've read some of the post that states that you can buy a house for future investment after 6 months employment but truthfully that maybe impossible because of several reasons.

You'll need at least 1 year of employment records for bank to really trust you on order for them to give maximum loan which is 90%. If less than 1 year, you're loan can be approve but less than 90% which end up you need to pay more for the down payment.
If the price for the house is RM 150,000 then you need to pay 10% down payment first so that's mean you need to have at least RM 15,000 in your bank account. How is that possible for you to save up that huge amount in just 6 months.
How are you gonna pay for monthly installment if at the end of every month you still need to borrow from others.

So, I have the solutions for you on how to tackle these problems. You must be between these 4 groups for you to be able to own house under 6 months of employment.

Your parents are filthy rich
Go rob a bank
Join a quick rich scheme (probably you become rich really fast and then suffer bankrupt)
Build your own tree house.

This is just my opinion so if anything happens, don't blame it on me for you're own actions. Lastly, here's some true advice from me.

If you really want to buy a house, make sure you are able to pay the monthly installment without taking it from you account. How are you gonna do it, you can try to use the house as homestay or rent it to other person.
Besides down payment money, you still need to prepare others money such as to pay the lawyer company, land surveyors company and also others fee.
For monthly installment, I suggest you take the longest time such as 35 years so that in the future it is easier for you to request another loan.

I hope these guidelines are useful towards others.

aku men roket air ngan budak2 form4 dari skol smk Taman Jaya and smk Taman Desa Skudai(cuma berangan)..tp yg sbnrnya aku cuma menjadi tenaga kerja tuk menjayakan pertandingan roket air antara kumpulan yg melibatkan 40 owg budak skol.mula2 aku igtkn bdk form 1 pnya la kecik bdk2 nie.(x mcm bdk form 4 lgsg)

start dri pg smpai 5 ptg, tyme start suma bdk syp ja.kesian aku tgk mmbe aku wt lwk kt dpan tp bdk2 nie bt dono je.(pdhal dlam ati aku mmg nk glak ja..hohohoho) lma2 ok la lpas ice breaking bdk2 mcm eager la skit nk tau psal teammate depa. mmg bes lau jd bdk2 nie sbb dtg2 ja dh dpt makan pg, then mmbe aku lg sowg bt penerangan rgks tok bdk2 nie psal rocket air and depa kna bt yg simple dlu.sja nk tes jauh mna dan apa yg silap.mmg x jauh sgt pown ada la 25 meter.

tuk tunjuk kt bdk2, kami bt yg long distance dan parachute. nsib baek la yg long distance 2 jauh dri bdk2 & yg parachute 2 jd (fuh...lam hati mmg dah cuak gla lau x jd). abes suma 2, break jap smyg ngan makan.lpas 2 bru bg penerangan yg detail kt bdk2 nie tuk depa lawan tme ptg nnt time lpas break aku blik berehat @ senam mata.

kul 3.30, bermula la contest roket air..kami cuma amik long distance ja lau nk wt parachute mmg x smpat la.bdk2 nie tmbk pergh jauh gla ada yg sampai lbih dri padang bola, ada yg smpai ilang lam semak, roket yg kami bt pown x smpai stgh pdg bola.mmg btul2 jauh la.

lastly,bt mjls pnutup dan bersurai.

buat pnat aku g kelas ja..sepanjang 3 hari aku g fak se-mata2 buang masa tggu kuliah,tutor dan makmal yg xda leturer..jd aku mghabiskan masa d perpustakaan tuk men tenet dan xtau nk bt apa kt blik...kja aku kt blik men psp ngan tgk citer ja...

lau dh bosan sgt bru g tdo..arrgh!! lau aku tau bgini aku xyah masuk U nie mggu nie.baek aku msuk mggu depan..dah la tiap2 ari xda kelas..keja buang masa ja..baek aku dok umah, bley g mna2..aduiii

...!bosannya!...

Akhirnya berjaya juga aku meng-update blog akU..bkan Senang..habis sepagi aku bt menda ni...
ni aku ada pesanan tuk budak yg pernah skol kt jelutong dan sama skali sma bacth ngan aku, diharap rajin untuk join group skolah yg aku dh buat link kt atas yg bertajuk "TuK BdK sMkTj" yg bersebelahan link ke myspace!...bdk laen dharap tdk saja2 nk join..for sppuku fasihah, template ni dah bley comment...hihi

lastly, aku bt mnda ni coz dollah yg suruh aku update coz memandangkan aku tgh cuti..
